Every sealed record carries a code. Enter it and we will check the record against its seal and tell you whether so much as a name or a time has changed since it was signed.
You do not need an account. The seal shows the meeting, the topic, the date, and how many people signed - never the signatures themselves.
What is this?
Tailboard is toolbox-talk software for construction contractors. A foreman runs a five-minute safety talk, the crew signs on their phones, and the record is sealed so it can't be quietly changed afterwards. Checking a code here needs no account and tells you nothing about the contractor beyond the one record.
