If someone gets hurt, the question is whether the training happened before the injury. A record that can be edited afterwards doesn't answer that. This one does.

Setting an extension ladder at the right angle
- Set the base one foot out for every four feet of working length. On a 16-foot climb, that's four feet from the wall.
- Extend the ladder at least three feet above the landing so there is something to hold while stepping off.
- Tie off the top, or have someone foot the ladder until it is secured.
- Face the ladder and keep three points of contact. Carry tools on a belt, not in your hand.
Straight answers
Does OSHA require weekly toolbox talks?
Not weekly, and not by that name. The construction standard requires that you instruct each employee in recognizing and avoiding unsafe conditions. Weekly talks are how most contractors do that and document it. The bigger driver is usually your GC, your insurer, or a prequalification service asking for training records.
Will this satisfy an inspector on its own?
No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. It's one piece of a safety program, not the whole thing. It doesn't replace hazard assessments, competent-person duties, equipment-specific training, or your written program.
Is a drawn signature legally binding?
Treat it as what it is: an attendance record carrying the same weight as the paper sign-in sheet it replaces. It is not an identity-verified electronic signature and we won't pretend otherwise.
Do my crew need accounts?
No. They tap a link and sign. Only the people who run meetings or read records need an account, and those are the seats you pay for.
Can you record where someone signed?
Optionally, and it's off unless you switch it on. The signing page tells the crew their location is being recorded and their phone asks permission. Anyone who declines can still sign.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Print or export everything as PDF before you go. Your training history is yours, and we'd rather you keep your own copy.
