Your subs' safety records, without chasing them.
The records your subcontractors keep in Tailboard, gathered on one page for the general contractor. And room for a contractor that has outgrown fifteen logins or runs a lot of crews.
Which one are you?
Three kinds of company end up on this page. Each starts somewhere different.
A general contractor
Start a free board for one job. Each sub on Tailboard puts its safety meetings, JSAs and inspections for the job on it, as each one is filed, with a code you can check. No more emailing for paperwork. More than one job or five subs? Talk to us.
More than 15 people who need a login
Fleet includes 15 user accounts: the office, foremen and the safety team. When more people need their own sign-in, we quote for it rather than make you split accounts.
Large crews, many crews
Crew who only sign never need an account, on any plan and at any size: a sixty-person crew signs from their own phones. Each crew can work under its own state's rules. Many large crews already fit Fleet; if yours doesn't, we'll say so and quote.
How the GC board works.
Free for one job and up to five subs. The sub stays in charge of what it shares.
- 1Start a boardYour company, the job and your email at tailboardsafety.com/gc. We email you a sign-in link; there is no password to keep.
- 2Bring your subs onType the code from a sub's Tailboard link, or send them your board's code. They pick which crews and from what date.
- 3Open any subTheir meetings, JSAs and inspections for the job, as they are filed, each with a code anyone can check at tailboardsafety.com/verify. Nobody's signature or personal details.
- 4They can leaveA sub can take itself off the board at any time, and ending its link takes it off too. You can take a sub off as well.
Tell us about the job.
