How it works
Five minutes, start to sealed record.
This is the whole thing. A foreman picks a topic, the crew reads it and signs on their phones, and the record files itself so it can be proved two years later.
- 1 A foreman picks a topicGreyed-out topics were covered in the last six months, so the picker steers you to something the crew hasn't just heard.
- 2 The crew opens a linkNo app to install, no account, no password. It works on any phone with a signal, and on one phone passed around if there isn't one.
- 3 They read it and talk about itFive minutes, four or five points, and the standard it comes from. The talking is the part that matters; we just make it easy to start.
- 4 Everyone signsName and a signature on the glass. The timestamp is recorded per person, so the record shows when each of them actually signed.
- 5 The record seals itselfClosing fingerprints the whole thing and chains it to the record before it. Change one letter later and it stops matching.
What the crew never has to do.
Install anything
It's a web page. They tap the link and they're on it.
Make an account
No password, no email, nothing to remember. And they never cost you a seat.
See anything else
One talk, one signing box. No other meetings, no records, no settings.
Give up their location
Off unless you switch it on. If you do, the page says so before anyone signs, and declining still lets them sign.
Read one before you decide.
